Job Overview
Apple is seeking dynamic and engaging individuals to join its team as Remote Training Specialists. In this customer-facing education role, you will train Apple users online through virtual sessions, product walkthroughs, and feature demos — helping them get the most out of their devices and services.
This position is ideal for those with a passion for technology, teaching, and providing excellent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive, virtual training sessions to customers, covering Apple products and services (iPhone, iPad, Mac, iCloud, etc.)
- Conduct live or pre-recorded product demos for individual users, small groups, or business clients
- Educate users on device setup, key features, security, and integration with Apple’s ecosystem
- Translate technical concepts into simple, easy-to-follow instructions
- Gather feedback and help improve Apple’s educational content
- Collaborate with AppleCare, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, communication, or tech fields
- 2+ years of experience in training, teaching, or product demonstrations (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English fluency required)
- Strong knowledge of Apple devices, apps, and ecosystems
- Comfortable with screen sharing, webinars, and virtual platforms (Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional home setup
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and user skill levels
