Job Title: Truck Driver – LMIA Approved (Work Permit Sponsorship – 2025)

Location: Canada (Multiple Provinces)

Job Summary: We are currently hiring skilled and motivated Truck Drivers for LMIA-approved positions across Canada. These roles offer work permit sponsorship for international applicants seeking employment in 2025. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across regional or cross-country routes, while complying with Canadian transportation laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy trucks to transport goods over long distances or within city limits
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Ensure cargo is properly secured and loaded in accordance with safety regulations
  • Keep accurate records of driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules (logbook compliance)
  • Report vehicle issues or incidents to dispatch and follow company maintenance protocols
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules and adjust to unforeseen road conditions or delays
  • Deliver goods to clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Adhere to federal and provincial transportation regulations, including Hours of Service rules
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (Class 1/AZ or equivalent)
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing); French is an asset
  • Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and route planning tools
  • Physically fit and able to handle long hours of driving and occasional loading/unloading
  • Strong time management, navigation, and communication skills
  • Experience in long-haul or regional trucking preferred

LMIA & Work Permit Information:

  • This position is LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) approved, meaning the employer is authorized to hire foreign workers
  • Successful applicants will be provided with necessary documents to apply for a Canadian work permit under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP)
  • Visa application support and relocation guidance will be provided
  • Work permits are typically issued for 2 years, with potential for extension or permanent residency pathways (e.g., Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program)

Working Hours: Full-time (40–60 hours per week); shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on delivery schedules.
