Job Responsibilities

• Supervise children and ensure a safe, engaging environment
• Play with and entertain children using age-appropriate activities
• Prepare and serve snacks or meals as needed
• Follow bedtime routines (bath, storytime, sleep) during evening shifts
• Light tidying of toys or dishes used during care
• Communicate clearly with parents before and after each shift

Requirements

• Prior babysitting or childcare experience (siblings, neighbors, or paid roles)
• Friendly, patient, and dependable
• Must be at least 16 years old (varies by province)
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified)
• Able to travel to the family home (public transit accessible or own transportation)
