Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to step into a leadership role? We are hiring Warehouse Supervisors for Day and Night shifts at our Noida facility. This is an excellent opportunity to manage end-to-end warehouse operations in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.• Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and ensure productivity targets are met.• Monitor shift schedules, attendance, and manpower planning.• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.• Coordinate with transport teams, vendors, and internal departments.• Maintain proper documentation and stock reports using WMS or Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or team handling.• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office tools.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time• Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)• Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh• Schedule: Day & Night Shifts (rotational), 6 days a week• Supplemental Pay: Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
