A prestigious law firm in Turin is seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to legal teams. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling legal correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with office administration. Welcome and assist clients, legal professionals, and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate legal teams.
Handle appointment scheduling and court calendar management for attorneys.
Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, case files, and confidential records.
Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and document filing.
Assist attorneys and staff with basic administrative tasks, billing inquiries, and client follow-ups.
Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are organized and presentable.
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards.
Previous experience as a receptionist, legal assistant, or office administrator (preferred in a legal or corporate setting).
Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Experience in a law firm, legal office, or corporate environment is a plus.
Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Occasional flexibility may be required for court hearings or client meetings.
