Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join the dynamic creative team at Moose Toys in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional design skills, creativity, and attention to detail to develop engaging visuals for both digital and print media. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to iconic toy brands, creating designs that captivate children and inspire play worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality graphics for packaging, marketing materials, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and merchandising to produce cohesive visual content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and ensure designs align with Moose Toys’ brand identity.
- Generate concepts, storyboards, and prototypes for new product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually elevate creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in toys, consumer products, or retail industries.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, including packaging design, digital content, and marketing materials.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.

- In-depth knowledge of design software and tools.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
