Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute creative design projects from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Develop innovative graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital platforms, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful designs aligned with brand strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques into design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital and print mediums.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
- Proven experience leading design projects and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital marketing design, branding, and multimedia content creation is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
