Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Assist customers with booking flights, modifying existing reservations, processing cancellations, and providing travel information.

  • Manage issues related to delays, baggage, travel documentation, and special travel needs.

  • Navigate Delta’s internal systems to verify passenger details and troubleshoot account or reservation issues.

  • Provide clear explanations of Delta policies, fare rules, and loyalty program benefits.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.

  • Uphold Delta’s customer-first culture by demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.

Experience
