Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, with no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
• High school diploma or GED required; a degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or concierge services preferred.
• Passion for women travel, with knowledge of female-friendly destinations, safety considerations, and solo travel tips.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on personalized service and hospitality.
• Strong ability to navigate online booking systems, travel platforms, and digital tools efficiently.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, based on Client needs.

Responsibilities

• Above all, Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Client.
• Assist women travelers with planning and booking trips tailored to their needs, preferences, and safety considerations.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and cultural experiences suited for female travelers.
• Offer support with itinerary creation, budget planning, and travel insurance recommendations.
• Educate Clients on travel safety, solo travel best practices, and women-friendly accommodations.
• Stay updated on global travel restrictions, visa requirements, and airline policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Work closely with travel partners and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for Clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat Clients and provide ongoing support throughout their travels.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage bookings, track Client preferences, and ensure seamless communication.
• Identify and recommend unique experiences, wellness retreats, and networking opportunities for women travelers.
• May perform other job duties as directed by Leaders.
