Apple Inc. is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team across the United States. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the frontline connection to Apple customers, delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide responsive, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, chat, and email.

Experience
