Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistants to support educators across schools in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and lesson delivery.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.

- Prepare teaching materials, resources, and classroom displays as needed.
- Monitor student behavior and support classroom management strategies.
- Provide assistance during school events, assessments, or special programs.
- Document student progress and report observations to lead teachers.
- Offer administrative support such as attendance tracking, grading assistance, and resource management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and staff.
- Basic understanding of child development and classroom practices.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Experience
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or Classroom Support Staff is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position based on standard U.S. school hours (typically Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM).
- Occasional additional hours may be required for school functions, meetings, or training sessions.
