Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and self-driven Female Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are passionate about helping customers make informed financial and insurance decisions. As an Insurance Agent, you will promote insurance products, guide customers through available plans, and support them through the onboarding and service process — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, messaging platforms, and email to explain available insurance plans and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life, health, or general insurance products.
- Maintain and update client information and documentation in the company database.
- Follow up with leads, handle queries, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
- Provide clear and accurate policy information and assist customers in completing application forms.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and engagement targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of client data and follow company compliance guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and confidence when interacting with clients.
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly.
- Basic computer skills, including using email, online forms, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and accountability.
Experience
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
