Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, including delays, cancellations, and account discrepancies.
- Process bookings, cancellations, refunds, and special requests efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is an advantage.
Working Hours
