  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.

Experience:



  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience with remote work tools and virtual communication is a plus.




Working Hours:



  • Evening shifts, part-time (typically 4–5 hours per day).

  • Flexible scheduling available based on business needs and team coordination.
