The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and professional French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic remote team. - Ensure adherence to company guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk software, or customer support tools is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward customers.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is advantageous.
- Previous experience serving French-speaking customers is highly preferred.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position.
- Flexible schedules may be considered, but availability to work during peak business hours is required.
