Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students of various ages and academic levels.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to each student’s needs.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill development.
- Utilize online teaching tools, platforms, and educational resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes, educational trends, and teaching best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom tools.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed.
Experience
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with online education platforms, virtual classrooms, or e-learning tools is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with international students is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible, part-time or full-time schedules available.
- Sessions may occur during weekdays, evenings, or weekends to accommodate student availability.
- Fully remote work; no commuting required.
