Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in virtual faculty meetings.
- Incorporate educational technology and online tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating online learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Middle School Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure for middle school education is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency with online learning platforms and digital tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
- Prior experience in online or virtual teaching is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience developing curriculum and lesson plans tailored to online instruction.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling based on student time zones.
- Availability to conduct live sessions and provide support during standard school hours.
- Some occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required for parent-teacher conferences or special projects.
