Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate cash handling, counting, and balancing of cash drawers.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and resolve transaction-related issues professionally.
- Provide product information or direct customers to appropriate departments.
- Follow company safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Support inventory checks, restocking tasks, and merchandising when required.
- Collaborate with store associates to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, polite, and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Experience
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong customer service abilities and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- Full-time and part-time roles available.
- Flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- Standard weekly hours range from 30–40 hours depending on employer requirements.
