Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our clients across various industries. This remote role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tasks efficiently during U.S. business hours. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence, filter messages, and draft responses when needed.
- Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and record keeping.
- Support social media activities including posting, basic content updates, and engagement monitoring.
- Conduct online research and compile information for business use.
- Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Manage task lists, track project progress, and communicate updates.
- Provide customer support via email or chat as required.
- Perform other administrative duties to support business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Comfortable working across different communication platforms (email, chat, project management tools).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative/support role.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly U.S.-based teams, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, or customer support systems is preferred.
Working Hours
- Fully remote position.
- Must be available to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST depending on client needs).
- Occasional flexibility may be required based on project deadlines.
