The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Virtual Assistant to support our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data across multiple platforms while assisting with basic administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and smooth operational workflow within the company.


Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.

  • Maintain organized records of confidential information and ensure data integrity.

  • Prepare, sort, and compile documents for data entry.

  • Check source documents for accuracy and follow established data entry procedures.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and file organization.

  • Generate simple reports and summaries as needed.

  • Communicate promptly with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

  • Identify and promptly report any data discrepancies or system issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.

  • Strong typing ability with high accuracy.

  • Excellent command of English—written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work.

  • Reliable internet connection and basic technical proficiency with remote-work tools.


Experience



  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or virtual assistant roles preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail are also encouraged to apply.
