Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

  • Generate simple reports as needed.

  • Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members or supervisors when clarification is needed.

  • Complete tasks within assigned deadlines while ensuring high accuracy.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in typing with high accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with basic data entry software and online tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.




Experience



  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
