Job Summary
The Elite Job is currently seeking compassionate, patient, and dedicated Caregivers to join reputable care homes and private clients across the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and physical activities as required.
- Administer medication and follow care plans under supervision.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
- Record and report changes in clients’ health, mood, or behavior to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members.
- Assist with light household chores such as laundry and cleaning.
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare training preferred).
- Certificate in Caregiving, Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude toward elderly or vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Good physical stamina and emotional resilience.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a similar healthcare support role is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong desire to work in the care sector and willingness to undergo training are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Typical working hours: 35–40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
