Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking compassionate, patient, and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to clients who require daily living assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support, including transferring clients from bed to wheelchair and assisting with physical exercises.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
- Keep detailed daily records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, recreational outings, or other scheduled activities.
- Follow care plans, safety procedures, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (formal caregiving or nursing training preferred).
- Certified Caregiver or Nursing Assistant qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare, hygiene, and nutrition standards.
- Physically fit and capable of performing caregiving tasks safely.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of caregiving experience, preferably in a residential, home care, or hospital setting.
- Previous international caregiving experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule required — may include weekends, evenings, and holidays based on client needs.
- Overtime opportunities may be available.

- Strong understanding of patient care standards and infection control.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence in dealing with clients.
- Basic first-aid and CPR knowledge preferred.
