EdTech Hub is seeking an experienced and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in STEM to join our dynamic remote team. As a STEM SME, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality, innovative educational content, guiding curriculum strategies, and supporting learners in achieving excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to create engaging, accurate, and up-to-date STEM content for online courses.
- Review and validate educational materials, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry trends.
- Provide subject-specific expertise to support course design, assessments, and learning outcomes.
- Mentor and advise educators, tutors, and learners on STEM-related concepts, best practices, and problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct research and stay current on emerging STEM technologies, innovations, and pedagogical strategies.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of content.
- Contribute to webinars, workshops, or virtual training sessions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in one or more STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- Proficient in using digital tools and educational technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality educational resources.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in STEM education, curriculum development, or related fields.
- Experience with online teaching, e-learning platforms, or digital content development is highly preferred.
Working Hours:
