EdTech Hub is seeking an experienced and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in STEM to join our dynamic remote team. As a STEM SME, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality, innovative educational content, guiding curriculum strategies, and supporting learners in achieving excellence. Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to create engaging, accurate, and up-to-date STEM content for online courses.

  • Review and validate educational materials, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry trends.

  • Provide subject-specific expertise to support course design, assessments, and learning outcomes.

  • Mentor and advise educators, tutors, and learners on STEM-related concepts, best practices, and problem-solving techniques.

  • Conduct research and stay current on emerging STEM technologies, innovations, and pedagogical strategies.

  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of content.

  • Contribute to webinars, workshops, or virtual training sessions as needed.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong expertise in one or more STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

  • Proficient in using digital tools and educational technology platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality educational resources.




Experience:



  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in STEM education, curriculum development, or related fields.

  • Experience with online teaching, e-learning platforms, or digital content development is highly preferred.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible remote work schedule; full-time or part-time options available.

  • Must be able to attend virtual team meetings and collaborate across time zones when necessary.
