Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Customer Success Manager (Enterprise Accounts) to join our global team. This role is crucial in ensuring our enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

  • Onboard new enterprise clients, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of SysTechCare solutions.

  • Monitor account health, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction to proactively address challenges.

  • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to enterprise accounts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding client business goals.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with enterprise clients.

  • Provide training, guidance, and resources to ensure clients maximize the value of our products.

  • Act as a customer advocate internally, influencing product development and enhancements.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically with enterprise clients.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software solutions, or IT services.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and usage trends.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.




Experience



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services roles.

  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level accounts and building long-term relationships.

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.




Working Hours



  • Flexible, remote work schedule; alignment with enterprise client time zones may be required.

  • Some travel may be needed for client meetings or conferences (as per company policy).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
