Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated support to our C-suite executives. This remote role is ideal for professionals who excel at multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating seamless communication between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The Executive Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in streamlining operations, managing schedules, and ensuring that strategic initiatives run smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and business partners.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making by executive leadership.

  • Assist with project management and track progress on key organizational initiatives.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by executives.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.




Experience



  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience providing administrative or executive support, preferably to C-level executives.

  • Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with project management and virtual collaboration tools is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, remote position with flexible hours aligned with executive schedules.

  • Occasional after-hours or urgent support may be required depending on business needs.
