Job Summary
SysTechCare Support is seeking an experienced Remote Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, aligning diverse teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and a collaborative mindset to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute cross-functional programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate between departments including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple simultaneous programs.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Facilitate regular program meetings, status updates, and executive briefings to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in program management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in technology, healthcare, or service-based industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams across multiple functions and locations.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex deliverables is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Flexible schedule with core collaboration hours (typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST) to align with cross-functional teams.
- Occasional participation in meetings outside core hours depending on global team collaboration.
