Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our International Voice and Chat Process team. As a key point of contact for our global clientele, you will manage both voice and chat communications to provide exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and chat messages from international clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document and track interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple chat and voice interactions simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or international voice/chat support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with handling international clients is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time positions with flexible shifts, including night and weekend schedules depending on client requirements.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts is desirable.
