  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality service.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with chat support tools, CRM software, or similar platforms.
  • Typing speed of 35–40 WPM or higher.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and internet navigation.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or a related field is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.
