Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and employee feedback sessions.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organization.
- Assist in preparing reports and analytics related to HR metrics and departmental performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools like Slack or Zoom.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources or related administrative roles.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
- Previous experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position.
- Flexible working hours with core hours for team collaboration.
- Occasional participation in meetings that may fall outside standard working hours due to time zone differences.
