Job Summary:
Amazon is seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Transcriptionists fluent in Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting audio and video content into accurate text, ensuring high-quality documentation that supports Amazon’s global operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to audio/video recordings in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or English and accurately transcribe content into text.
- Ensure the transcription captures the correct terminology, punctuation, and formatting standards.
- Proofread and edit transcriptions for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information.
- Meet daily transcription targets and adhere to project deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to clarify unclear audio segments.
- Stay updated on transcription guidelines, tools, and technologies used by Amazon.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcriptions.
- Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistent quality across projects.
Experience:
- Prior experience in transcription, data entry, or content processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a remote environment is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with the possibility of part-time or full-time shifts.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines independently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
