Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improving content quality.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy while meeting review quotas and deadlines.
- Stay updated on company policies, guidelines, and emerging trends in online content moderation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze content critically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with web platforms and online tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience in content moderation, online review, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce, or digital content guidelines is advantageous.
Working Hours
