Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Amazon’s internal databases and systems.
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and escalate as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily and weekly data processing targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on processed data.
- Continuously strive to improve processes, suggesting efficiency-enhancing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, verification, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with e-commerce, technology, or customer service platforms is a plus.
