Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating virtual events.
Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage incoming emails, calls, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Assist in preparing internal reports, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.
Support onboarding processes and assist in coordinating training sessions for new hires.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and smooth workflow.
Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as required by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Experience working remotely or managing virtual communications is an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
