Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other digital communication tools.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.




Experience



  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is highly desirable.

  • Experience in e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, helpdesk software, or ticketing systems is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible schedules available, including full-time and part-time shifts.
