Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Project Coordinator Assistant to support our dynamic project management team. This role involves coordinating project tasks, maintaining schedules, assisting with communication between departments, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for supporting complex projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
- Communicate project updates and coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
- Identify and report potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Help streamline project management processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to project workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality of all project and company-related information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or MS Project.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or an assistant role.
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or supporting multiple projects concurrently is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working schedule aligned with project deadlines and team requirements.
- Availability for virtual meetings across time zones when needed.
