Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work From Home Administrative Coordinator to join our growing remote team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of business activities across departments. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including documentation, scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and operational teams.
- Manage daily communication including emails, calendar scheduling, and virtual meeting coordination.
- Prepare and maintain digital records, reports, and internal documentation accurately.
- Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle data entry, document organization, and database management.
- Support onboarding activities for new team members by preparing documentation and assisting HR when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a technology or corporate environment.
- Previous remote work experience will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote schedule, with core availability between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
- Occasional meetings or project deadlines may require slight adjustments to working hours.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong adaptability and ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
