Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Virtual Travel & Hospitality Support Agent to join our growing remote customer experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers and hospitality clients, providing expert assistance in booking, itinerary management, reservations, and travel-related inquiries. You will ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency—helping create seamless travel experiences that inspire loyalty and satisfaction.




Key Responsibilities



  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding travel bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and related services.

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication through calls, chat, and email while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and travel partners to resolve issues related to flights, accommodations, or special requests.

  • Guide customers through travel policies, fare rules, and cancellation processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, airline policies, and hospitality procedures.

  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail.

  • Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and recommend process enhancements.

  • Handle escalations or complex requests calmly, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration is an advantage.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with online booking tools, GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), or travel CRM systems preferred.

  • Customer-first mindset with a professional and empathetic demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with consistent productivity and focus.




Experience



  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or travel/hospitality support role.

  • Previous experience in a call center, airline, travel agency, or hotel reservation support environment is highly desirable.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote schedule with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Expected availability during peak travel seasons for extended or split shifts as required.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of global destinations, travel documentation, and hospitality standards.

  • Proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).

  • Ability to manage stress effectively while maintaining accuracy and composure.

  • Adaptable to rapidly changing travel regulations or customer needs.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
