Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our growing global support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client account management, ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve account discrepancies, process requests, and deliver top-tier support through phone, email, and live chat. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who excel in communication, organization, and customer care.




Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring information accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle incoming inquiries related to billing, account status, subscriptions, and profile updates.

  • Investigate and resolve account-related issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Monitor account activity to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential issues.

  • Process account adjustments, refunds, and escalations following company procedures.

  • Provide timely updates and follow-up communications with clients.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients, including verification and account setup.

  • Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance metrics.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience in account support, customer service, or administrative roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and professionally.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

  • High level of accountability and organizational skills.




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in customer account management, support, or administrative assistance.

  • Prior experience in remote or virtual work environments will be an added advantage.

  • Exposure to SaaS, tech support, or BPO industries preferred.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with rotational shifts as per client requirements.

  • Availability for weekend or evening support may be required based on project needs.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management principles.

  • Skilled in handling account escalations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse virtual team.

  • Adaptability to changing workflows and technologies.
