Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Outbound Customer Care Executive to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to existing and potential customers to enhance their experience, provide solutions, promote services, and maintain positive client relationships. You will serve as the voice of SysTechCare Support, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with customers across various time zones.




Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, service reminders, satisfaction checks, and promotional campaigns.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company updates to customers.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.

  • Maintain customer records accurately in CRM systems.

  • Manage objections and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and tact.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the internal support, marketing, and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns.

  • Gather feedback and report recurring customer concerns to management for process improvement.

  • Uphold company policies and compliance standards during all communications.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office tools, and online communication platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are an advantage).

  • A high degree of self-motivation, reliability, and discipline while working independently.




Experience



  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles.

  • Experience in the technology, telecom, or e-commerce industry is preferred.

  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer engagement are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote schedule depending on business needs.

  • Typical shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with occasional weekend or evening hours based on campaign requirements).

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in rotating shifts or different time zones, if required.
