Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Virtual Customer Success Specialist (Entry-Level) to join our remote customer engagement team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and their customers—ensuring satisfaction, promoting product adoption, and building strong relationships that drive loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and virtual meetings.

  • Guide new clients through onboarding processes, helping them understand our systems and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful use of SysTechCare’s products.

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, retention, and performance improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Product, and Sales) to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Track and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Provide proactive communication and support to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Contribute to creating customer success resources such as FAQs, guides, and training documentation.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and digital communication platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn with a positive, professional demeanor.




Experience



  • No prior experience required — training will be provided.

  • Previous internship, customer support, or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts.

  • Flexible scheduling options available depending on time zone.

  • Must be available to attend team meetings and client calls during core business hours (Monday to Friday).




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of online communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking and active listening skills.

  • Ability to empathize with customers and handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.

  • Competency in basic technical troubleshooting and digital documentation.

  • Willingness to adapt to new software, workflows, and technologies quickly.
