Job Summary
SysTechCare Support is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Remote Client Engagement Representative to join our growing global support team. As a Client Engagement Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients—responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of professional communication. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and contribute to company growth through effective engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between SysTechCare Support and its clients, delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and chat communication.
- Understand client needs, respond to inquiries efficiently, and provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Product Development) to ensure client issues are addressed effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools and ensure accurate data entry for tracking and reporting.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and customer engagement best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High degree of professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer support, client engagement, or account management roles.
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in the technology or customer service industry will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position.
- Flexible scheduling available; primary hours align with Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (based on business needs and time zone alignment).
- Occasional weekend or evening support may be required during peak periods.
