Job Summary


SysTechCare Support is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and timely solutions. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in all interactions. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing world-class support in a virtual environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution of their issues.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.

  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service quality and technical knowledge.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency with computers, CRM platforms, and online communication tools.

  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.

  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.




Experience



  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

  • Experience in technical support, e-commerce, or telecommunications is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible scheduling available; candidates must be able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

  • Standard working hours: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (depending on time zone).




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and customer demands.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, chat tools, and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk).
