Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote E-commerce Product Data Uploader to join our growing Amazon operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately uploading, organizing, and maintaining product data across Amazon Seller Central. You will ensure all listings meet company standards and Amazon’s requirements, optimizing product visibility and contributing to an enhanced shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Upload, manage, and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central with precision and efficiency.


• Verify and format product information including titles, bullet points, images, descriptions, pricing, and variations.


• Conduct quality checks to ensure product listings comply with Amazon policies and company standards.


• Optimize product listings using relevant keywords, categories, and SEO best practices to enhance visibility.


• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to maintain consistency in product data and branding.


• Troubleshoot listing errors and resolve data discrepancies promptly.


• Track and report on listing performance, highlighting areas for improvement.


• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all company and client data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


• Proven experience in product data uploading or listing management for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.


• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and organizational skills.


• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and product listing processes.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.


• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• Minimum: 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce data management, Amazon product listing, or a related role.


• Preferred: Experience working with multiple product categories and bulk upload templates on Amazon.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working hours based on project requirements.
