Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a Virtual Data Encoding Analyst to join our expanding remote operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately encoding, organizing, and maintaining high volumes of digital information across multiple platforms. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity and reliability of company databases and client information systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, verify, and manage large datasets in various digital formats and platforms.


• Review, audit, and correct discrepancies in encoded data to maintain 100% accuracy.


• Organize and categorize information based on company and client data management protocols.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of data projects.


• Generate and update routine data reports for management review.


• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.


• Assist in developing process improvements to increase data accuracy and efficiency.


• Perform regular quality checks to ensure database consistency and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in data entry, data encoding, or administrative support roles.


• Exceptional typing speed (minimum 50 words per minute) with high accuracy.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently with a high level of discipline and focus.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in data entry, information processing, or administrative operations.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working schedule.


• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).
