Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Work From Home Data Processor to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in handling data-related tasks. As a Data Processor, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining large volumes of information with precision, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems. This fully remote position provides flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced consultancy firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large sets of data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness through thorough cross-checking and validation procedures.
- Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc data reports for management and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client and company data.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and formatting tasks as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality and process efficiency.
- Follow company data processing policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database systems.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Reliable internet connection and a functional home workstation.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles.
- Prior experience in remote or virtual work environments is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data processing software will be preferred.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with the ability to choose shifts between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (based on project needs).
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Must be available for virtual meetings or training sessions when required.

- Familiarity with data confidentiality principles and information security standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
