Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update large volumes of data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Review, verify, and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Organize, categorize, and store data in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Assist in data cleaning, reporting, and quality assurance tasks as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
- Support administrative and reporting tasks related to data management.
- Conduct periodic data audits to ensure information integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 45–60 words per minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role (remote experience preferred).
- Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or database tools is an advantage.
Working Hours
