Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory and legal requirements to ensure organizational compliance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and policies.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
Prepare compliance reports and communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
Track emerging regulatory changes and ensure timely communication to business units.
Support investigations into potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience:
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
Experience with internal audits, regulatory reporting, or corporate governance is a plus.
Previous exposure to financial services, consulting, or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
Full-time position, standard business hours (Monday to Friday).
Flexibility may be required for urgent compliance matters or cross-border coordination.
