Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting findings, improvement opportunities, and key performance metrics.
- Design process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for new or revised processes.
- Conduct time studies and root cause analyses to drive data-driven decisions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure sustained improvements over time.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects aimed at enhancing operational performance.
- Work closely with management to align process changes with overall business strategy and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality management roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations roles within manufacturing or large-scale business environments.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
- Flexible work arrangements may be available depending on project requirements.
- Occasional travel to manufacturing plants or partner locations may be required.
