Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain logistics planning models to optimize routes, inventory, and distribution strategies.

  • Analyze historical and real-time data to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, transportation, and supply chain management to ensure seamless logistics execution.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency, accuracy, and service levels, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Assist in capacity planning, cost analysis, and scenario modeling to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety regulations, and external regulatory requirements.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, and route optimization tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




Experience:



  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, or operations analysis.

  • Experience working in a global logistics or transportation environment is highly desirable.

  • Prior exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance analysis in logistics operations.
